HOW DO I GET STARTED WITH A VOICEOVER FROM GISELLE?STEP 1
Email Giselle at giselli1@gmail.com with the type of production and example of your script and overall requirement of your voice over (eg. conversational, commercial, etc)

Giselle will contact you back with a sample recording (approx :60sec) following the intial direction given. This is free of charge.STEP 3
If the sample recording meets your requirement, then Giselle will provide a quote based on the following:
- Total word count of script
- Length of licence (eg. 6 mon, 12 mon, In Perpetuity)
- Production Type (Web only, TV-local/regional/international, Radio, IVR, etc)
- If a directed session is required
- Type of file type required (eg. wav, mp3)STEP 4
If the quote is acceptable, then please send through the final script, the required deadline and include any additional direction and Giselle will begin recording.
A first take will be sent within 24 hours of job confirmation. The take will be edited with all background noises removed and fully clean audio. STEP 5
Once the first take has been sent, Giselle will wait to hear back from the client with feedback. If further takes are required, Giselle will provide these as up to 3 re-takes of the confirmed script are included for every job. If there are any changes to the script or a new change in direction then further charges will occur.STEP 6
If you are fully satisfied with the voiceover provided then the job can be closed and Giselle will send you an email with your invoice.FAQ
What equipment/software do you use?
I record on a Zoom H5 Recorder with a CAD Audio Equitex E100S Microphone and use WaveLab LE 9 & Audacity for editing.
What file types do you provide?
I can provide high quality WAV or MP3 files.
What is your turnaround time?
I will always aim to get the first take to you within 24 hours from when the final script & direction are provided.
Do you offer an option for a live directed session?
Yes! Please let me know at the time of finalising the job if you would like to direct the session and I can then include this option into the quote. You can link in through Google Hangouts or Skype.
What if I don't like the first take?
I am only happy when my customer is happy! If the first take is not what you are after, then I will provide a further 3 revised takes based on your feedback.
(NOTE: If there is a change to the script or completely new direction, then there will be an additional cost.)
What are your payment terms and what currency do you quote in?
Payment terms are 7 days after you have received the invoice and all quotes are provided in USD.
How do I get my files?
All audio files will be sent via WeTransfer.
How do I pay?
Payment can be made via Bank Transfer or Paypal and details will be advised on final invoice.ABOUTGiselle was raised in Calgary, Canada and moved to New Zealand in 2003.
She attended the New Zealand Voice Academy and started in Voiceover in 2018 and built her own home studio soon after
as she knew that Voiceover was something that she wanted to pursue. Giselle is represented in New Zealand by
Big Mouth Voices and in Europe by Voice Archive.
She has a very warm & friendly voice with a clear Canadian/North American accent. She has a great love of the
english language and enjoys reading and therefore has great annunciation.
Giselle also has a background in the Fashion Industry, so is great with taking on board direction and really listening to
what a customer or client is looking for while still providing some great creativity.
